Many dogs develop tumors especially when they get on in years. Hopefully they are benign and not malignant. Turkey Tail mushrooms helps prevent and or reduce tumor size in mammals. We make our Turkey Tail capsules with dried and powdered Turkey Tail Mushroom fruiting bodies. We raise Turkey Tail Mushrooms on Ash tree logs. We dry and grind the Mushrooms into powder and fill it into vegan gelcaps. We use no fillers like Brown Rice and we use only the best fruiting bodies. We do not use mycelium. This means that we can usually only harvest in November and December (October too if the weather is good). But the product with only fruiting bodies has much purer and higher levels of active ingredients than other products being sold on the internet. Most of the Turkey Tail capsules sold on the internet have 15% – 25 % actual turkey Tail Mushrooms, and several of those only use the mycelium not the fruiting bodies. Our Canine formulation is 80% Turkey Tail fruiting bodies and 20% beef boullion.
The reason that we only sell Turkey Tail Mushrooms in capsules is because it tastes aweful (quite bitter).
We add a boullion flavoring for dogs in case they chew the capsule. Dogs under 20 lbs. 1 tablet per day. Dogs 20 – 45 lbs. two tablets per day. Dogs over 45 lbs. 3 capsules per day
